Max Factor False Lash Effect Waterproof Mascara [REVIEW]

This afternoon, I will give my opinion about my new mascara. I bought this mascara last week, the price is IDR 150.000 at the counter.  I read that many beauty blogger in here swear by this mascara. One of them said that this is the HG drugstore mascara for her. So, I decide to give it a try.

What is this?

False Lash Effect’s biggest brush ever doubles lash size appearance vs. bare lashes.

• Waterproof formula is great for the pool or beach.
• Patented Liquid Lash™ formula coats lashes from root to tip.
• No flaking or smudging gives lovely lash confidence.
• Ophthalmologically tested. (rrrr, i don't know what the meaning of this)

Package : Huge black tube. Nothing special.

Bristle : Quite big but it can reach all of my lashes

Formula : I can smell some plastic scent, but it’s forgiving since it doesn’t clumpy and doesn’t irritate my eyes. Smooth application, and lengthening.

Finishing : voilaaa I have perfect natural lashes for my everyday makeup, I apply two coat btw.

It is also great for under eye lashes.

I love this mascara. It hold my curl all day long, since I have a bad lashes because no matter how I try to curl my lashes, in a few minutes  it will be straight again -.-  

Staying power : Very great, so amazing. No smudge. One thing I don’t like is the waterproof formula, difficult to remove. Everytime I want to remove this mascara, it hurts my eyes-so annoying.

I think this fabulous mascara is perfect for natural day look.

Max Factor Colour Elixir Lipstick 735 Maroon Dust

Sebelumnya aku mau ngucapin selamat Hari Senin! Semoga yang lagi pada kerja punya semangat yang besar di hari pertama kerja.
Hari ini aku mo coba review salah satu lipstick nude koleksiku. Sejujurnya ini satu-satunya lipstick dari merk Max Factor yang aku punya. Aku belinya seharga IDR 87.500. Ga terlalu mahal buat sebuah lipstick. Namanya MAx Factor Colour Elixir Lipstick shade 735 Maroon Dust.

Wadahnya bagus tapi terlalu besar ukurannya buat masuk ke beauty case ku. Makan tempat banget -.-'
Jadi aku simpen di rumah aja, ga aku pake touch up. Warna package nya emas (bukan khas Max Factor karena yang aku liat kebanyakan wadah-wadah make up max factor itu hitam), i'm not a big fans of gold range color but this not so bad. Di bagian bawah ada semacam bagian transparant yang bisa dijadikan penanda shade lipsticknya. Dan ada logo max factor. Classic but elegant, i think.

Baru tau kalo produsennya MAx Factor itu P&G hihihihi... EXpired Date 36bulan setelah buka case pertama. Lumayan lama lah yah..

Look at the beautiful shade and the cute package ... Embossnya bagus. cuman sign ga ada tulisan merk.

this is my swatches :

butuh 2-3 kali poles supaya menghasilkan warna seperti di gambar atas. Tapi sejauh ini menurut aku warnanya bold and the texture is very creamy. Yang aku kurang suka adalah ada semacam bau permen di lipstick ini. Aku ga suka makeup yang ada fragrance. Meskipun ini hanya personal preference, mungkin di orang lain justru berpendapat yang tidak sama.

Ini aku coba swatch bibir : (sorry for the bad lighting, just using mobile phone)

karena bibirku amat sangat pigmented jadi hasil akhir di bibir dan di tangan beda ya. yang di tangan jatuhnya very peachy sedangkan di bibir lebih ke brown.

Result
Pros :
- Cute package
- Cheap
- Creamy semacam ada lapisan pelembab waktu dipake
-  Bold color
- Satin Finish
- Staying power bisa mencapai 5 jam (kalo ga makan atau minum)
- Ga accentuates ke garis bibir meski bibir lagi flaky
- Lembab banget


Cons :
- Terkadang shade ini bikin mukaku terlihat wash out
- Ada semacam aroma di lipsticknya, tidak begitu mengganggu setelah beberapa menit pakai.

Repurchase :
Yes, but in other shade, karena aku uda punya banyak lipstick nude dengan hint peachy kaya maroon dust ini.
