Review Black Wooden Handled Foundation Brush

Hi everyone

I've been so busy lately..  but i still trying new makeup and everything in between.
it is been so long that i don't have a new brush. Especially a foundation brush. For 3 or 4 years i always using my elf powder brush (the flat top one) for my foundation brush. I did buy foundation brush like sigma, coastal scents and many unbranded ones for some research to enrich my experience. But I ended up using the elf powder brush again #sigh.

Today i wanna make some review for my new foundation brush. This one is unbranded. I got mine from this site. The price is $5.99 , it is not that cheap for some unbranded brush. But stil it's affordable and versatile.

Fyi, I have never seen or even had the brush like this before. It’s pointed. This is gonna be my first pointed foundation brush. This brush is physically unique. Usually a flat top foundation brush is my main course so, this pointed one gives me hard time to do foundation blending but, after several trials I succeeded.

Start with the look, this brush looks great. It’s cool, black holder with silver detailing. It has soft and strong synthetic bristle brush. This brush has 14 centimeter length.

The performance of this brush couldn’t cover all the surface like my favorite brush. But in the other hand this brush reaches the unreached like the spot between the nose and the eyes. It blends just as well. This brush doesn't give a streaky look. Just perfectly buffed and evened out. It works well with my liquid concealer. I can sheer out my concealer or build the coverage with this brush.

oh just so you know, i have searched for the advantage of this pointed brush through internet and surprisingly people use the pointed brush to do contouring and for an under eye counselor. Then I try to apply it.  Contouring is failed on me because of my tiny little cheek but, it works great to under eye concealer. 

Washing the brush is easy and it dries fast. I use warm water and brush detergent.

My conclusion comes to using this brush is amazing for me just for my liquid under eye concealer and the other areas.

[REVIEW] ELF Mascara Primer

I lately obsessed with the eyelashes, I’m starting to use two mascaras at the same time for a moment. One for volumizing and the other one for lengthening. Until elf was on sale in a couple of months ago. I got my self one of  ELF product. The product is called mascara primer.

This kind of product is not something new in its world, you know, I am the one who barely use it so, it’s a new thing for me. I knew some of primary mascara which was launched before like Hard Candy, Kate Tokyo, Lancome, L’oreal, and some other brand.

I consider something cheap but worth to use and I decide to try ELF mascara primer for my first primary mascara do.

This is from their studio line so it should be 3USD.  Guess how much I pay for this stuff? 1USD after it got discount from the normal price. That’s cheap enough, right?

Just like another brand of mascara primer, elf does volumes and lengthens your eyelashes

After using this mascara several time, here is my review. Let’s start with the packaging. I always love the elf packing of their line studio, sleek, elegant and black. And the brush, it fits my eyes when applying it. The shape of the brush will make it easier to control and get to the harder-to-reach areas. Unfortunately it needs more rubbing to have enough mascara to apply to.

This mascara primer is white which is confusing me a bit for it’s written at the bottom of its package “transparent” so, I thought it will appear just like some eyelash’s serum and not white but it all gone when applied with my regular mascara. One point, my eyelash won’t look clumpy any more.

I can’t compare this primer mascara with another brand of primary mascara since it only happens to be my first mascara primer. Elf is the best one considers the price. It’s reachable. Oh and for the record I just found out the best way to apply it the last minute I wrote it down. For the best result, apply it two times, like two season. Give it time between the first apply to the second one. You’ll be amazed with the result.

Unbranded Fake Lashes : My First Review on Falsies

It’s been so long that i didn’t write on this blog again. I am so busy with my new title as a mother.

I miss writing, looking a new stuff for my blog and everything in between.

But today, I bring something new. I was never reviewing false eyelashes. It’s not because I do not like to wear some falsies, I love falsies since I love makeup (which I cannot remember when). I always have 5 or more pair fake lashes in my drawer just for special occasion. We all know that eyelashes is so needed to be touched. It helps our eyes generally look beautiful. Usually, i put two layers of mascara in every makeover I did because, we made contact with our eyes and it has to be beautiful. Am I right? 

I am using it today so I decide to take a few pictures at my new falsies.

What I love about these lashes: I have 10 pairs in 1 box. Five for upper lash and five for the bottom lash, but since I don’t use fake lashes for my bottom lash so I use this for my upper too. Let’s say it the short on.

This one fits the casual style for daily uses. Hang outs or works. You don’t wanna distract your boss by your eyes, LOL. Perhaps when you have dinner with someone from the past? Haha.. never done this but I think it’ll fit the appearance.

And the long one, it fits the special occasion like wedding party

And about the price. This package have a very affordable price.

The box is pink and its very cute and girly, you know I love girly things.

This product is handmade. Soft and smooth so your eyes won’t be pierced and it’s easy use too

I try to apply the long one and voila!

I love it so very much haha.. so natural and standout  but not overdone

After that, I clean it and keep it for another makeover. Get rid the glue and mascara which stick to the false eyelash then put it back to where it is the first time you take it

Oh I forgot to tell you about the box. When you restore the used one you have to make sure it stays warped. The box doesn’t have hooks to hold so, find another used box from you old product that can hook it, clean it. Restore it there
